1. A digital service
Yogatara is software used in your web browser, sold by OCCULTLAB CODE PRIVATE LIMITED. When you subscribe you are buying access to the app for the length of your plan. No physical goods are sold, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.
2. When you get access
Access is immediate. As soon as your account is created you can use the free plan, and as soon as a payment or free trial for a paid plan is confirmed, that plan is active on your account.
3. How it is delivered
Sign in at yogatara.app with the email or Google account you subscribed with. Your plan, saved charts and settings are there on any device you sign in from. A confirmation and a GST invoice for each payment are available under Settings → Subscription & Billing.
4. If access does not arrive
If a payment went through but your plan is not active within a few minutes, write to us with the email on your account and the payment reference. We will activate the plan or, if we cannot, refund the payment as set out in our refund & cancellation policy.
