Open the daily panchang
Go to Tools → Panchanga. The Panchang tab shows the day for the date and place in the chart header. Today moves it to the present day; Previous day and Next day step through the days without changing the chart.

Find the Hora table
Hora sits in the right-hand column, below Muhurta and Balam, Nivas & Shool. Day lists the twelve horas from sunrise to sunset and Night the twelve from sunset to the next sunrise, each with its planet and its start and end times at the place.
When you are looking at today, the hora running now is highlighted, and the highlight moves on by itself.

Read the planetary hours
The first hora after sunrise belongs to the lord of the weekday, and each hora after it to the next planet in the Chaldean order: Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Sun, Venus, Mercury, Moon.
Daytime and night are each cut into twelve equal parts, so a hora is an hour long only at the equinoxes; when the days are long, the day horas are longer and the night horas shorter. Begin a piece of work in the hora of a planet suited to it.
