Fair Use Policy

1. Purpose & Scope

Yogatara is provided by OCCULTLAB CODE PRIVATE LIMITED to empower professional astrologers, institutions, and researchers. To ensure system reliability, sub-second calculation response times, and equitable service for all users, we maintain this Fair Use Policy across all subscription plans.

2. Account & License Boundaries

• Each subscription account is licensed to an individual practitioner or designated organizational user.
• Credentials must not be shared publicly, resold, sublicensed, or pooled across multiple unauthorized users.
• Calculations, charts, and PDF reports generated under your subscription may be distributed to your direct clients as part of your consulting practice.

3. Automated Access & Scraping

• Automated scraping, bulk programmatic querying, crawler scripts, or reverse-engineering of calculation endpoints without an enterprise license is strictly prohibited.
• Developers requiring programmatic API access should utilize Occult API, which provides metered developer access and official SDKs.

4. Jyotisha AI & Report Studio Limits

Features that invoke high-compute AI models and batch report rendering are subject to monthly plan allowances:

• Plans include generous allowances designed for typical high-volume consulting workflows.
• Deliberate flooding, script injection, or attempting to bypass rate gates may result in temporary cooling-off periods or account review.

5. Policy Enforcement

If anomalous activity is detected, our team will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder to resolve the issue before restricting access. In cases of intentional abuse or security violations, access may be suspended immediately.
