Use the UK Jha tab in Jaimini

Open the UK Jha tab

Go to Modes → Jaimini and open UK Jha. It reads the chart in the header: the chart is on the left, with five tabs on the right: Dashas, Vargat Vargam, Bhavat Bhavam, Karakas & Padas and Pravesh.

Choose a chart

The Chart menu has D1 Rashi, the Vargat Vargam charts from D2 Hora to D10 Dashamsha, and the Varga Engineering charts such as D12 Dwadashamsha. For an engineered chart, Combination picks how it is built, for example D2 of D6.

Below any chart but D1, the Verification table follows each planet from its D1 sign to its sign and house in the chart. Varga tables switches the tables between the Parashari and UK Jha versions.

Run a dasha

On Dashas, choose the system: Prachalit Vimshottari, Aarsha Vimshottari, Gangadhar, Tara, Char A9, Mandook, Drig or Muktashtaki. Some ask where to start from.

Running now gives the periods in force today and Now marks the running row. Select a row to open its sub-periods, and All periods to go back.

Read Vargat Vargam and Bhavat Bhavam

Vargat Vargam gives each planet's sign in every Dashvarga chart, its Vaisheshika amsha, and the planet and sign placements that repeat across the vargas.

Bhavat Bhavam takes each house H and the Hth house from it, with their signs, lords and occupants. Karakas & Padas lists the chara karakas and the arudha padas.

Cast a Pravesh chart

Select Pravesh on a dasha row, or open the Pravesh tab and choose the mahadasha and antardasha. It casts the chart for the moment that period begins, at the birth place, and lists its controllers.
